What Order Na is

Order Na is an experimental research preview: an assistant that places food orders on your behalf on a restaurant's own ordering system. It is provided free, as-is, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or uptime.

Access

Access is invite-only. You may not share your access with others or attempt to use the service through an account that wasn't granted access.

Your orders are yours

• Order Na never places an order without your explicit confirmation in the chat.
• You are responsible for paying for orders you confirm. Orders are cash on delivery.
• Prices, availability and delivery fees are set by the restaurant, not by us, and can change between the quote and the order.
• There is a spend cap on each order as a safety measure.

Cancellations, refunds and problems with your food

Once an order reaches the restaurant, cancellations, refunds, missing items and delivery problems are handled by the restaurant and its delivery service under their own terms. Order Na is not the merchant and cannot issue refunds.

Acceptable use

Don't use Order Na to place fraudulent orders, to order to an address you have no right to use, to abuse or overload the service, or to attempt to make the assistant do things unrelated to ordering food.

No affiliation

Order Na is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by McDonald's or any other restaurant, delivery platform or brand mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Order Na and its operator are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including incorrect orders, failed deliveries, or service downtime. Your remedy is to stop using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
